Tony’s Auto LLC operates this website. This page explains what happens to your information when you use it. It describes what the site actually does today, not a generic template.

What we collect when you just browse

This website sets no cookies of its own. You can browse the inventory without being asked to accept anything.

Our web host keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, the pages you request and your browser type. These are used to keep the site running and secure.

Visitor statistics

We use Jetpack Stats, a service from Automattic, to count page views and see which vehicles get the most interest. It records the pages viewed, the site you arrived from, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We use this to understand which vehicles people are looking for. Automattic’s privacy policy applies to that data.

When you contact us

If you send the form on our contact page, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and your message. That information is emailed to us and stored in this website so we can reply. We keep it only as long as needed to answer you and complete any sale.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except where we need to in order to complete a transaction you asked for, such as arranging financing, or where the law requires it.

The map

Our contact page shows a map from Google. It does not load until you press the button, so nothing reaches Google unless you ask for the map. Once you load it, Google’s own terms and cookies apply.

Fonts and other files

All fonts and images are served from this website. We deliberately do not load fonts from Google, so your visit is not reported to them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 907-350-2658 or use the contact form and we will handle it.

Changes

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
